Paula Guhin is a South
Dakota native, educator and workshop facilitator,
visual artist, photographer, and the author of numerous books. Guhin’s nonfiction
works include Image Art Workshop; Creating Decorative Paper; Painting with
Mixed Media; and The Complete Photo
Guide to Mixed Media. Her new photography/art book is available... Adventures in Photo Artistry: Easy Activities for Anyone! Earlier works: Glorious Glue as well as Can We Eat the Art. She also wrote The
King of Corn, a biography published by Prairie Home Press. She’s a
contributing editor of Arts & Activities Magazine. Her articles also have
appeared in School Arts, Instructor, Teaching Today, and many more periodicals.

Guhin is fascinated with creative endeavors. She has participated in the Smithsonian Folk Arts
Festival, Washington, D.C., and the National Gallery of Art
